Goodness of A Soldier

The life style that a soldier adopted during his services tenure will keep him active through out his life span, even after retirement a soldier spend a better active life compare to a civilian such as;

1- A soldier wake up early in the morning.
2- He could manage projects better than civilians.
3- Lead an active and better life compare to others.
4- He could done jobs quick and fast.
5- It is said that soldiers have no heart but in recent days there are examples that proofs that soldiers are also kind and generous.

Professionally working as an auditor I've received the chance to work closely with many retired armed officers such as junior officers, captains, colonel and even brigadiers. I also observed that these armed officers never leave or forget their army rules and apply them gradually when working in corporate sector. They are good planner as well.

Its Not A Matter of Match Fixing Or Spot Fixing

Yesterday Mr. Tauqir Zia the ex boss of PCB defining the terms Spot fixing and Match fixing in a local news channel that when a single person/player involve then it would be said spot fixing and when the whole team involved then it would be a match fixing, in my opinion Spot Fixing is a kind of partially fixed a match not the whole match say fix a particular over or part of a over ok leave it come to the point, it looks like that Mr. Zia does not want to drag the whole team, anyways this not the question of Spot Fixing or Match Fixing the matter is that the players are involve in some sort of corruption and that to be fixed, however we have to remember the past too our media is only naming or pointing the people/player of Pakistani cricketer in the whole scenario while no one point out the name and the bad incident of Hansie Cronje of South Africa secondly during the video shot each channel blurred the face of some important personality why?

Another point is that where is the team management? Who is responsible that a player independently meeting a bookie and book the spots of match everything goes according to the schedule and managers and coach will remain excluded throughout the drama it is not possible by anyway it could not be swallowed.

What is the demand of the public at this time, give strict punishment to all of the players who involved in the match fixing scandals including upper and lower management because of their negligence it could happen, immediately suspend Mr. Ijaz But from the Chairmanship, implement such laws so that incident of this type would not happened again and again.

Stop Before Zebra Crossing Line & Be In Your Track

No one will come from heaven to teach us these traffic ethics, its time to change ourselves, there are many people living in Karachi or any region/part of Pakistan have dual citizenship (person having foriegn nationality as well Pakistani citizenship) whether they lived in USA, Europe, Australia or from any state of Gulf, they follow all international traffic rules when driving in these countries but when they come here in Pakistan to spend their holidays or meeting their families they forget everything, just switch on the ignition bring car in first gare and press full the accelerator, for God sake you are coming from a well managed area, you are supposed to be a well managed and organized person, what are you doing? I am not blaming all non-residents nor I am saying that people residing permanently here are follow all rules, but its a reality, its a fact. Just watch the traffic on any signal of any road throughout the Pakistan, you may believed that what I am saying is a truth.

But the questions are that we are now 63 years old, when we will learn these ethics, should we waiting for any teacher? Do we need a good leadership for these? Is this only responsibility of Law and not of us?

Please, please, please, if you could not follow all rules of traffic kindly follow only 2 rules;

1- Stop before zebra crossing line.
2- Never bunk or switch your track unnecessarily, if you want to move to other track give proper indication.

Think about it and think hard. If even a single person turn himself after reading these lines and follow only 2 rules mentioned above and he will I am damn sure then I will think that my efforts for giving to this post will fruit full.
