Complains Regarding Condom Factory

An owner of condom company visited his factory, meeting with his manager he asked him "how is it going"? Manager says everything is fine Sir, in last room some children are playing with each other, owner asked the manager what are these children doing here? Manager replied, Sir there are some complains too.
