After increase in petroleum prices at midnight of 1 Nov 2010, petrol pumps in most of the cities remain closed and people has faced difficulty to reached their offices, "pumps stopped their operation from the evening of Sunday" told by a young guy who is standing in queue to fill his motor bike tank.
Whenever there is a rumor for changes in petroleum prices, petrol pumps mostly closed their operations and do not operate their pumps until a clear report for the changed prices has been published. It was also reported that people in vast majority were protest in Multan and Rawalpindi for the unjust increase in petroleum prices.
